To ensure the convenience of our partners and maintain their reputation, we include 1% of additional products in each batch for the prompt replacement of defective devices. This allows you to quickly respond to customer requests, maintain their loyalty and trust.

- Use of additional products:
- You can use the 1% deposit to quickly replace defective devices for customers without waiting for a return.
- Returns over 1%:
- If the defect rate exceeds 1%, the products will be returned to us in China at your expense. We will compensate for the return in the next batch by providing an equivalent number of devices.
